We recognize that some couples may have the time to book all their own vendors, but need support in how to create an aesthetically pleasing wedding experience for their beloved family and friends, which is who this package is designed for.

The Package

As wedding designers, we work closely with each of our couples understand their story, tastes, and personalities, in order to create a custom vision for their wedding day. Thus, we have intentionally created a one-of-a-kind planning process that helps you bring your own wedding vision to life.

01. Wedding Design

Our goal is to set you up for success in creating a cohesive vision and communicating that vision to your vendors.

  • Analyzing your inspiration images/pinterest board

  • Creating floor plan options for you to choose from

  • Selecting a color palette

  • Providing 2-3 mood board options

  • 1 hour virtual design meeting to discuss the mood boards

  • Recommending our favorite vendors that we think will be a good match for your vision

  • Tips & tricks on how to communicate the vision with those vendors

  • 2 virtual calls throughout the process to provide feedback on contracts

  • Recommending wedding supplies for you to order

  • Any other design-related advice throughout the process

02. Wedding COordination

  • Taking over all vendor management and correspondence 10 weeks prior to the wedding day

  • Creating a detailed wedding timeline

  • Reviewing all contracts

  • Confirming details with all vendors

  • Assisting in creating a seating chart

  • Planning the processional & recessional

  • Leading the wedding rehearsal 

  • Planner and 2 assistants on the wedding day

  • Directing vendor set-up & any questions

  • Guiding family, bridal party, & guests

  • Styling all details for photos

  • Overseeing cleanup

  • Packing your car/hotel with all gifts & supplies

The minimum investment for design & coordination is $6,000.
