For couples hosting their wedding at an established venue who want expert design guidance while planning independently.
Our Partial Planning & Design service provides flexible guidance for couples who are already in the midst of the planning process and have the time and desire to book the majority of their vendor team independently. This package includes 10 hours of planning and design time to be used as needed as they are working through the planning process, along with management of all vendors beginning 10 weeks prior to the wedding day.
We work closely with you to create a thoughtful, cohesive design plan that extends across florals, rentals, stationery, linens, lighting, and other visual elements that shape the guest experience. Throughout the process, we provide professional guidance, design expertise, and logistical support to help bring your vision to life. Because this service is intentionally more collaborative and limited in scope than Full Planning & Design, couples selecting this package should feel comfortable managing portions of the planning process independently.

03. Wedding COORDINATION
this portion begins 10 weeks out from your wedding day
Finalizing all timelines and floor plans for vendors
Taking over all vendor correspondence
Leading the final walkthrough at the venue
Guidance on seating chart creation, music, toasts, & dances
Guidance on tipping (optional)
Planning the processional & recessional
Leading the wedding ceremony rehearsal
Directing the wedding day with 1 planner and 2 assistants on-site for setup, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, dancing, & vendor breakdown
